Champion Academy

 Champion Academy Extreme Mentoring & Empowerment Initiative is a Rochester-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting teens facing poverty and other barriers through structured mentoring and leadership development programs. Founded by Super Bowl Champion Roland Williams, the organization provides youth with consistent mentorship, academic support, and personal development opportunities designed to help them succeed in school, at home, and in their communities. Through mentoring, skill-building programs, and community partnerships, Champion Academy works to empower young people to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
